JOSH PETTIT

Josh began working for Nexus in early 2006 after three years in the Kosciusko County Assessor’s Office, where he worked primarily on commercial and industrial valuations, including new construction and appeals.

Since coming to Nexus, Josh has worked in various parts of the state from the Northwest in Lake, LaPorte and Jasper counties, to the Northeast counties of Dekalb, LaGrange, Steuben, Noble and Wells.  At Nexus, Josh has diversified his assessment experience, which includes all types of property assessments, ratio studies, and appeals.

Josh is a Graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, with a degree in Business Information Systems. He is also a certified Level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser and is working on his AAS certification.
