 As our Coordinator, your day will consist of inspecting new construction and major improvements of real property to determine values, collecting and analyzing relevant data to identify real estate market trends, and explaining assessed values to property owners.   You will be inspecting properties and reviewing information about transfers of property to ensure accuracy.  As you develop your skills and grow with this position you will learn to evaluate and identify real estate market trends, assist property owners with understanding their assessed property value and assist them with defending appealed assessments at public hearings.   If you have a skill set that includes strong active listening skills, good judgment, and decision-making skills and you are able to use critical thinking skills effectively, we can teach you the rest.  Contact us today to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
