Jerry is a Level III Certified Indiana Assessor-Appraiser and also holds an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser License. He grew up in north central Indiana, attended Purdue University, and has called Columbus home for most of his adult life. Jerry has over 30 years of property valuation experience, with training in residential, commercial, special use, and agricultural properties, as well as construction styles and methods.
