Joe graduated in 2020 from Indiana University with a B.S. in political science and a business minor from the Kelley School of Business. He worked as an intern for the Wayne County surveyor’s office, where he gained experience with geographic information systems and optimizing business processes.
Joe is a certified Level II Indiana assessor-appraiser.
