KENDALL WHITMAN

Prior to joining Nexus, Kendall worked for 5 years in the Allen County Assessor’s Office as a Residential Appraisal Deputy. While in the Assessor’s office, Kendall’s responsibilities were cyclical reassessment, new construction permits in Perry and Aboite Townships, data entry, and various other activities. 

Kendall is a certified level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser. He attended Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and graduated with a bachelor’s degree General Studies Degree.
