MIKE RYAN

Mike has worked with Nexus Group since the spring of 2009. He has an associate’s degree in business management from Purdue University. Prior to joining Nexus, he was a warehouse supervisor at a furniture distribution center. He became a certified Level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser in March of 2011, and is currently working towards his AES IAAO designation. Mike currently works in the Northwest district performing site inspections and data entry for cyclical reassessments, residential and commercial appeals, and sales ratio studies.
