Scott has over 9 years experience in the Grant County Assessor’s Office Personal Property Department.  He is a Level II Certified Indiana Assessor-Appraiser and has completed IAAO courses 101, 102, and 300.  He graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
